Texas Roadhouse - Meadowville

Came to pick up curbside takeout and there were no parking spaces. I came to the pick up window. I was pleasantly surprised by the Mother's Day table. Staff was giving out roses and hugs to the mothers for Mother's Day. Thank you so much!

Sigh….every single time we try to give this place a try for Carry Out orders they drop the ball. Food is either missing or cooked improperly. When you go to pick up food you get ignored because their team is more concerned with who is dating who or whatever gossip they choose to prioritize over customers.Orders the Ft. Worth ribeye with broccoli and LOADED mashed potatoes and received raw broccoli and plain mashed potatoes.When we called to ask about our additional rolls and drinks the server was extremely rude and then hung up. At this point I don’t even want to eat inside based off the service received.I’ll continue to drive to the Midlothian location.

There was an easy mistake made and the manager took care of us. Thx cheers to this location.
