Arby's - McPherson

Ordered a chicken bacon and Swiss and it was so cold the cheese didn't even melt. Awful.

Evening meal after a track meet. I don't care for loud, rowdy workers, but maybe that makes the evening go faster?

Order was prepared as expected. The employee was not particularly thrilled about the “What can I make fresh” prompt and I agree that I don't want a marketing pitch after I have already decided to purchase.

Very dirty, looked like the soda fountain hadn't been wiped down in weeks.

Excellent food, of course. We got there about noon on a Sunday and the crew seemed overwhelmed. Don't know if they were short handed or had new members working. They did a good job under difficult conditions. Management needs to give them an “atta boy”.
