The food is McDonald's (can't fault the franchise for a big Mac that is more bread than beef), nothing special, the service is accurate but slow (not the employees fault). Problem is Great Bend needs 2 everytime I've gone the wait is horrible. Go at 3p wait 15 minutes, go at noon wait 20-30. If I want to wait 30 minutes for food I'll goto Applebee's and have many times. I like McDonald's but the wait is irritating and it's not for a lack of great employees, it's the lack of having 2 to service this town. Great bend loves McDonald's, reward the town with 2.
