Tim Hortons - Mcmasterville

I wanted to stop here so I could get a coffee and use the bathroom. imagine my surprise that they are the only time that I have seen all year round to be completely closed with only the drive through open. a star to waste my time.

The service was very slow at the drive thru. it took 15 minutes and there were only two cars before us.

Best Tim around. All others (Beloeil/St-Hilaire) are all a joke and have very little items available. This Tim has what you want, even later at night. They prepare well the doghnuts and prepare fresh food.

The store front is closed, drive through only. I find this really unacceptable that you no longer have access to washrooms when you want to sit and have a coffee (in your car because you can’t sit at a table! . Tim Hortons quality in general has gone down hill from their products, to their service and accessibility.

Extremely slow. Horrible management by staff. Orders filled out wrong. Over 12 people waiting at 1:30pm in the afternoon for coffee. Train your employees better!!!
