Ledo Pizza - McHenry

My daughter ordered the broccoli cheese soup that they were advertising on the board, it was loaded with broccoli bites, the waitress brought it out and it was just a huge lump of cheese in a bowl and was cold to boot. The last two or three times I've eaten there was no good doubt that I'll be back unless it's just for a pizza everything else seems evil lately

Ledos at Deep Creek is one of our favorite places to eat. We eat there every time we're at the lake. We arrived at 7:50 on Thursday to feed. They've only closed nine. They would give us some pizza, but they refused to let us sit at the tables. They said they closed the dining room. We were on the street. The food is phenomenal, but we were really disappointed with the customer service.

We're on vacation twice. The pizzas, wings and Stromboli were excellent. I also had my two little ones working with me and the nice woman helped me carry everything to my car. Exceptional service, we will be safe again!!

Went there to eat yesterday, waitress was sick said it was allergies she could barely even talk and they do 18% tip on the bill without your permission- and they don't let you know they are going to do it which is illegal but it's automatic and if you order take out to take food home to the kids at home they include it on the dine in bill it gets the 18% tip added to it also!!! Service was minimum and poor and she was rude of course with a sick waitress I imagine she didn't even want to be there. Called and spoke to manager today I was nice but she wasn't much better she was rude and it's apparent she does care for her staff but not her customers. She claimed the waitress went to urgent care and it was only allergies but again when you have someone who is sick serving my food it makes me uncomfortable. I also asked about tip automatically being added she was smart and said if I come back in they will refund it. When I said we didn't feel like the waitress earned a $20 tip as her service was minimum she got smart with me and said I was being rude!!! Really...wow we will never go to this place again I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. So thankful there are other places to go in the area with good food and good customer service where customers do matter!!!!

Service was quick and very friendly. Food was made very fast. Pizza was really good but not my favorite style. Thin crispy crust rectangle pizza. Mozzarella sticks were good. Prices were higher than I expected but not crazy.
