Grand Buffet - McHenry

Had a roach walk across our table while we were eating lunch today, not a pleasant experience ?

Went for lunch today, Sunday. I found the price to be reasonable, and the selection of food excellent. Have 2 suggestions: 1. The soup was very hot, excellent. However, the food was not. Lukewarm at best. 2. I skipped several dishes because I had no idea what they were. Signage very poor. The staff was very friendly and I will definately try it again. (I love buffets, but I also love my food hot.

Outdated, but come in when they are busy food is good fresh and hot

Went to the bathroom to washmy hands after eating and was followed in by a kitchen member who used the urinal and went right back to the kitchen WITHOUT washing his hands! I told the lady at the front counter and she just said I'll check it out, then walked away. No wonder so many people get sick here. I'll never go back to this place and wouldn't recommend anyone eating here.

Ordered food for a treat for tonight and I should've just made my own food as the rice tastes burnt and even has burnt specs in it ,I called to let them know and they said everyone has been eating all day with no complaints and basically saying I'm a liar said I can bring it back but I live in another town and said I could not come back today but I'll bring it back tomorrow she said no bring it now or sorry ... I will not stop here and waste my money any more...service was good when they were collecting my money but the minute I complained she turned on me ...
