The service, atmosphere, and food quality were all rated highly. The average price per person was $30-50 for a dinner meal. Overall, recommended dishes include the Arugula Salad.
This restaurant in McCall offers the best dining experience I have ever had. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. I would give both the food and service a perfect rating of 5.
Amazing food. We have been all over the world, and just thought we should try this little restaurant out in McCall, Ragazza Di Lago, and it was a big surprise. Chef Kyle did not disappoint. Our appetizer was the Mushroom Purse. So amazing, and you should have bread to soak up the decadent sauce. Then the clam chowder. OK, we have had hundreds of bowls of clam chowder every where in America, and we have now dubbed this restaurant as having the best!. Then I ordered the Beef Short Rib Pasta. It was so rich and creamy and tender, that I could only eat half of it, and boxed the rest to have for breakfast tomorrow! My wife had the Chorizo crusted seared scallops, and she too agreed, this is a must destination for restaurant foodies to come and experience. We ate here tonight for our anniversary. They sat us outside with water front views. The food was awesome. We had the clam chowder. It's the best I've ever had. My husband had the lamb with kuskus. It was phenomenal. They had a drink call the Payette Mule.its my new favorite drink. It's a mule with huckleberry vodka and real huckleberries. We would very much recommend it. As soon as we walked into this place we both felt like we were not welcomed there. The waiters gave us a look as if we couldn’t afford this place which we ignored at first. First red flag of this place was when they said they don’t have gluten free pasta substitutes and you can only choose from the GF dishes. Although, the cherry on top was when we got a HAIR in our food that was clearly not ours. I felt nauseous for the next thirty minutes and the only reason we ended up staying was because the waitress made an impression our dinner would be covered. Throughout the whole experience after that, the waitress took a long time serving us, especially after I brought up the check. They fought us on the check for 20 minutes. After which we ended up paying. This whole time the restaurant staff was acting like we put that hair in the food ourselves. As I confronted the manager about the experience and the treatment we received in a kind manner, she pretended she couldn’t believe it and said that could never happen there. The only good part about this whole restaurant is the view. This is so far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in the US. Edit: The restaurant could’ve handled this situation so much better. They have a poor reputation throughout the city with hiring staff that gets fired everywhere else. Instead of arguing over this situation, they could’ve apologized and handled it in a way kinder manner. The staff and the owner do NOT seem to know how to act. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
