The rooms are a bit dated but well maintained. However, during check-in, there’s no information provided about the hotel amenities, such as breakfast options or restaurant availability – you're just handed your room key and sent on your way. Additionally, the noise from adjacent and upstairs rooms is quite noticeable. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 3 and the service a 3.

I visited the restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The view of the lake is breathtaking and creates a stunning atmosphere. I enjoyed a few drinks, but my favorite was the So Graceful—definitely order it if you go; you’ll thank me later! The octopus and the onion soup are essential dishes to try. Overall, I give the service a 5 and the location a 5. Hotel highlights include luxury and amazing views.

Very overrated. Dinner and breakfast was generic diner food at best with a high price tag. The room was not very clean with once again, a high price tag. The whole place looked generally nice but once you start walking around it’s really run down. They have a lot of amenities but don’t tell you that everything cost extra on top of the very expensive rooms so you over pay for your room and if you want to do anything they offer, it’s extra. Also it’s the only hotel I’ve ever been to that doesn’t offer complimentary breakfast, which is odd considering it claims to be a 4-star hotel. A simple breakfast of French toast and bacon was a whopping $60 and it was basically cold IHOP. One positive is the staff is generally nice/helpful. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, it’s extremely overpriced and overrated.
