First, one of my family members received a cup of water with a crumpled piece of paper inside. When we brought it to the attention of the older waitress, she seemed completely unfazed. Second, we found a fly in the pho. While it’s possible the fly could have entered after the dish was prepared, it was actually found among the vegetables and noodles and appeared to be fully cooked. When we raised this issue, the owner dismissed it, claiming it wasn't their fault. Ironically, shortly after, we noticed the waitress standing by the kitchen door with a fly swatter. Other reviewers on Yelp seem to have experienced similar problems with flies too. Third, we were allowed to exchange the soup, and I requested spring rolls. The menu indicated we would receive six, but they only brought out five. When I pointed this out, we could hear the owner shouting in frustration, “What do they want now?!?” Clearly hoping we wouldn’t notice the discrepancy.

I absolutely love Xin-Xin! The food and service are excellent. Yoli is always so sweet, caring, and attentive. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

The worst service I have ever had. Been going here for YEARS for the fried rolls…even after getting the wrong order multiple times. Spoke to the lady over the phone for five minutes to explain the exact order I wanted and still got it wrong. When trying to explain that I received the wrong rolls she dismissed me. They gave me pork and shrimp rolls and now half of my vegan family can not eat them. Horrible service. Will never come back.

The pho soup was bland and tasted like tap water. My husband was not satisfied with his beef dish either. We paid for our meals but ended up not eating them. We definitely won’t be coming back, and I cannot recommend this place at all. The atmosphere was the only redeeming quality. The service felt hurried. We even considered taking our uneaten food home to give to someone else, but I realized no one would enjoy it. My husband described his beef dish as tasting strange, almost as if it was spoiled. Please take this review into account and save your money. If I could, I would give this place zero stars.
