Mcdonald's - McAllen

The app and servers are lazy I always have to wait 15min on curbside and get off my car to remind them I'm there? whats the point then! might as well go thru drive thru!

Today I went to take my bosses kids to get a meal to eat. The cashier did an excellent job to take our orders. However, for the parents to read, when one of my bosses kids asked for ranch and barbecue sauce. One of the staffs told her they had to charge her. I went to get more sauce for them, but they told me there was no charge at first I was ok with that, but the one thing I couldn 't tolerate is how this male staff was giving me a facial expression. That said, Whatever and was trying to get rid of me. Suggestions I would giveStaff (the one that gave me that face)1. Get some rest2. Resolve any issues and don 't give that kind of look, when a customer is trying to pay for the sauce you told my bosses kids to do.Customer1. If you want more sauce make sure to ask them for more for either yourself or your kids, so they can charge you with the meal and you don 't have to deal or see the staff giving unnecessary facial expression when you just follow what they told you,.Whoever, reads this review I hope this information helps and enjoy a good meal at the McDonalds at the La Plaza Mall. Staff very unorganized I wondered nicely after a refill of a soda I am other locations of other McDonald’s who are in business doing the refilling the people here were very rude never coming back here again
