Kato Sushi - McAllen

Terrible service at this restaurant. We ordered through Grubhub and requested extra eel sauce and spicy mayo over the phone with Mariana and another girl on December 20, 2021. Despite their agreement to add the sauces, our order arrived without any. When we called back, Mariana just made excuses and went silent on the phone, showing a lack of concern for the mistake. It's clear that these employees are not customer service oriented and do not prioritize customer satisfaction. We will not be recommending this place to anyone for takeout, as they are unprofessional and fail to take care of their customers.

This is an excellent spot for sushi. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. The service is also exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for Japanese cuisine!

Real good fried and tempura sushi ?. We tried Falcon and San Luis and both were delicious, only few minutes of waiting and staff very nice and polite. Great service ? and excellent sushi. Give it a try and enjoy your visit!Restrooms ? available inside and enough parking space.Food: 5/5

If you come to Kato SUSHI for sushi, you will be very disappointed. There options are very limited and expensive compared to similar sushi places. There are superior nearby options for sushi.

You need to change businesses hours especially on weekends cause it says they close at 11 o’clock but it is not true!
