Domino's Pizza - McAllen

Quality has been great, have not had a bad pizza and they’re ready reasonably quickly. Friendly staff and hot pizzas are always a plus.

Bad pizza in general. Quality here always lacks. Get pizza somewhere else.

Very bad service really. I waited 1 hour so they would advise me of delivery and dial back just so they would tell me that the address where I live can be heard far away. Very bad service....

Extremely disappointed with this place!!! It’s 0 stars actually. I ordered online and went to the drive thru to pick up. I ordered 2 pizzas. 1 hand tossed and 1 thin crust. I got home and the hand tossed was fine but the thin crust was burnt. I’ve ordered here before and it’s never been burnt. I called and according to the manager that’s how they come out. I told him they never come out all burnt black. And he continued to tell me that I have to go back if I want credit. I told home are you paying for my gas??? I asked him don’t you all check the pizzas when they come out? He’s like it looked pretty good to me in a sarcastic tone. He’s like unfortunately there’s nothing I can do since I haven’t seen the pizza. So here’s a picture of the pizza and it’s obviously burnt.

Really good place me and my kids order from there all the time
