Tried alfaham,it was good and also tried chicken noodles ,that was average, hotel atmosphere and ambience are good.need to improve customer service..try to welcome customer with a smile.

I ordered a mutton roast, its beef instead of mutton. they doing scam by selling in high rate. please dont buy mutton related dish you will be get regret.

We had lunch from this hotel. Shawai chicken is good Al faham is alittle dry but ok Chicken biriyani is average. Fish biriyani is not good. The fish is not good the reason is that the fish is frozen and its smells and taste bad. It costs 350 rupees. Not satisfied in it.

This hotel was the only option for late night in highway. We 3 people ordered half manthi, shawayi. Chicken in manthi was bad as it has no flavour, felt like just boiled chicken. Rice was ok as it has slight flavour but not that great. The mayonnaise and other chutney were worse. The shawayi and porotta was okay. Overall, Ambience is good Food is bad (dont know about other food in the menu but mandhi is worse)

Yesterday (13/07/2023) visited this hotel (nangiarkulangara) on the way to ernakulam,we ordered 1 chicken biriyani and 2 chapatti and 1 chicken roast,Chicken rice is good, but chicken in biriyani and chicken roast are disgusting, they used old chicken, when we talk with the cashier,he does not have anything to talk,disappointing experience
