Sealand - Kayamkulam

The ambience is great. But you're fed with the service. The problem, I think, is the kitchen that is too far from the huts where they serve food. We can see the waiters who fight to come to every hut with food under the hot sun. It took 1 hour to serve us for lunch. We had meals, crab roasts, roasts and carimes pollichathu. The fish was fresh, but the taste was not so great.

Not maintained properly. Only natural resources. Food is good and reasonable.

I went to this restaurant with high anticipation for a dinner get-together with my family. I called multiple times to ensure everything would be in order for our gathering. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed by their lack of interest in providing good customer service. The overall experience was quite disappointing.

The attitude towards the customer is very pathetic especially that old lady the food is nice but not up to the quality of price they tagged dnt go there for fooding . Its lacks infrastructure and needs a bit of renovation and pls do improve attitude towards your customers

A local cuisine restaurant on a shore of lake. Very tasty food with less price. Suit for family and kids. The restaurant is located on puthuppally, 2 km away from kayamkulam national highway. . There are a few games rides for kids. Can enjoy the natural beauty of the lake.
