Sloping in a shopping center, plentiful parking including accessible places and entrance. Good prices for large portions. Very solid Japanese place in Minze Hill/Matthews area. Very recommend the spicy tuna rice crispy square small plate and the filled Jalapenos smaller plate. Bento boxes are fantastic and come with many options and food. You can add soup and salad for $2. Beautiful people and will definitely come back.

Excellent spot for fresh sushi. Wait staff is always on point. Quiet, casual and very clean. Our local go to for sushi.

My 2nd time here. I'm hoping to be a regular. Service is awesome. It's quiet and chill. Food was great. I live 5 minutes down the street, nice to know I can have a delicious sushi meal quickly. The only quibble I had was that the side salads are just a boring bowl of iceberg lettuce with the dressing, and you can't switch it for the seaweed salad, which I love. Whatever. The waitress was so sweet I hardly cared. Another advantage is that the best nail salon I've been to here is right around the corner, Topline Nails.

Super cheap, quiet spot for a quick lunch or dinner. The food is cooked to order. Always really good. My favorite is their carrots, they are so sweet and super delicious. They almost taste like yams.

The restaurant had a cute and comfortable ambiance, with very attentive and courteous staff. However, I have to give a lower rating due to the food. Some dishes had flavors that were not what we expected, such as the gyoza made with beef instead of the traditional pork. The pork katsu in the bento box was also very thin. The vegetable tempura turned out to be breaded instead of using tempura batter, which was a disappointment. We did enjoy the California roll and stir-fried vegetables, but overall the food did not meet our expectations. Despite enjoying the restaurant's location and atmosphere, the food quality was the primary factor in our overall experience. Service was good, with a rating of 5, and the atmosphere was pleasant, scoring a 4. The average price per person for a dinner meal was $20–30.
