Coffee Marumo - Matsumoto

If you are a fan of tranditional Japanese style then this is your place. It is one of the oldest coffee places in Matsumoto. They play classical music, which for me was a great thing. I also really liked the decoration, with all the wooden furnishings.

Great people, great atmosphere. It was a nice resting spot after a long walk.

This was a great place for breakfast and to rest while exploring around the place. I liked how inviting everyone is and the old style coffee shop atmosphere. The morning set was nice and basic and not to overpowering. The salad that came with it was delicious. The staff were very kind and even spoke English to me as well as gave an English menu which was sweet of them.

Lovely atmosphere. Dessert is great. Old style coffee is ok.
