Lovely couple run this place. cozy. one they have one vegan set and a veg thali which was vegetarian. service was great. and they were so kind to stay open when we called ahead very close to closing time. parking available. They sell various indian food stuffs too.

While simple (we had mixed Dahl and Chana Masala), the food tastes amazing and the service from the couple owners is incredible. They are so nice and caring, making sure you’re looked after the entire time. I would definitely give 5 stars if I could.

This would be 5 stars but as it’s not a fully vegan restaurant it’s not allowed! We visited twice while in Matsumoto and each time the food was delicious (we had the daily vegan curry and the vegan chai). The curry comes with rice, a papadum and a freshly made chapati. All delicious! The owner is really lovely, speaks excellent English and was very friendly and full of useful information about the area. Also the menu is in Japanese and English.

Lovely couple speak fluent English. Had a tasty spinach and lentil dish with hot pickles and rice. Small air conditioned seating areas.
