Sano 143 - MATERA

On a cold and windy day we made a little stop inside and got a warm welcome. We also liked our three components salads with spinach, avocado and walnuts or with fennel, orange and olives. It took a while to prepare them, but everything was freshly made right next to us.

Excellent thirst-quenching and refreshing drinks made with the freshest of ingredients... The energy juice was really tasty!

Sat in the sun for lunch here. Friendly waitress. Food pricey for what you get much better value places in Matera. Salad and soup were ok. The biggest disappointment is that in this day and age the cutlery is prepackaged single use plastic (like on an airline meal) so presumably thrown away. When soup is €8 I would expect a metal spoon, not a plastic spoon, knife and fork it’s not environmentally friendly in any shape or form. Drink out of jam jars a bit trendy.......

Il proprietario nonostante essere con la sua donnona ha continuato a fissarmi e quando l'ho pagato ha dimostrato gay amichevole con me che sono anche un ragazzo nero. Nessun problema, questo è il locale dell'arcobaleno e della tolleranza.

Era un'esperienza magnifica. ci siamo seduti per un semplice cocktail e siamo venuti al tavolo un'opera d'arte servita con un'ottima fresatura di formaggio e salame con l'inevitabile e unico pane di Matera... Consiglio a tutto il posto
