We were able to visit the Sassi of Matera. First stop at 14:00 but the pizza was so good that we returned for dinner too! sublime taste and excellent quality ingredients!

Clean and welcoming environment. Very kind staff. Notable quality both for biscuits (except for bitter stones) and for bread and salt. Prices a little high, but on the other hand ....
