San Faustino - MASSA MARTANA

A good, solid Umbrian restaurant that also has a varied seafood menu. Friendly service and well priced. One of our party had a beef filet and liked it very much, others were pleased with veal scaloppine, a mixed grill of meat and a very nice plate of mussels. We will return for the seafood, so difficult to find in this area. As we walked out, the bus boy ran after us to return the small cash tip we had left on the table.

Attratti dalla vasta scelta, abbiamo optato per il menu di pesce consigliato dagli amici. Che dire... veramente squisito! Ben curato, con un'ampia varietà di antipasti freddi e caldi, due primi abbondanti e una grigliata di pesce favolosa. La frittura era leggera e il dolce delizioso. Ottimo.

Oggi siamo stati a pranzo per festeggiare un compleanno: eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Torneremo presto!

We were so pleased to find somewhere in Umbria that serves seafood and this restaurant certainly lived up to our expectations. We tried various dishes, including a generous bowl Vongole made as it should be with white wine, parsley and garlic and an excellent seafood spaghetti. Wines are good and reasonable and the service is friendly.

Found this restaurant by chance following a rained off trip to Todi. Decent sized antipasti platter shared by 3, delicious wild boar and pasta (big portions), Delicious creme brûlée, local wine, beer and water came to 78 euros for 4, really good value. The next table's seafood order (many courses) looked amazing. English speaking waiter very pleasant took our entire order and the neighbouring one without writing it down and got it spot on.
