Panera Bread - Mashpee

Panera is absolutely amazing, as some might say! This particular customer thoroughly enjoyed his meal. He ordered not just one, but two full mac and cheese sandwiches and finished both of them. While the staff was somewhat rude at times and it was odd that the straws weren't wrapped, overall, I'd give it a solid 7.5 out of 10.

They're having staffing issues and the service has gone from bad to worse. My rapid mobile order of a salad and bowl of soup was still not ready after 45 minutes of waiting. I finally cancelled the order and ask for a refund. Won't be returning as this isnot a reliable place to get food on your lunch hour.

I went inside and was the only person in line, but I waited 5-7 minutes before anyone came to assist me. Instead of apologizing for the wait, the manager interrupted me as I was trying to place my order to say that all orders take a minimum of 30 minutes. They wouldn’t even let me finish my simple request for a cup of soup. The service was terrible, and I would recommend avoiding this place unless you have more than 30 minutes for lunch.

The food is decent but rather bland, catering to the most basic tastes. Additionally, the portions can be lacking—like a chicken sandwich that hardly has enough chicken in it. Often, my favorite dishes, such as certain rice bowls and salads, are marked "SOLD OUT," which is frustrating, especially since it requires patrons to go back to the counter for more. On the bright side, my kids adore the Mac n Cheese, which is why I find myself returning. I appreciate the time spent with my children, other patrons, and the staff, despite my mixed feelings about the overall experience.

I absolutely love coming here for both lunch and dinner! The food is consistently delicious, and the service is always outstanding.
