C Salt Wine Grille - Falmouth

Honestly, this was the best meal I've ever eaten in my whole life. Service was great and friendly. Welcomed by the owner at the door, who checks our meal several times with us. He is proud of his restaurant and you can see it in every inch. We had the raw bar, which was amazing, truffleries, hoison wings, sea red sushi-degree tuna, and fillet mignon with blue cheese butter and the chocolate mousse truffle cake was heavenly. The wine selection was extensive and accommodating for winemakers or beginners, and the hostess and waitress were helpful and knowledgeable in selecting a good pairing with our meals. It was a really wonderful culinary experience in a great atmosphere with delicious dishes. I highly recommend it. We made reservations to come back when we were gone.

I made reservations after seeing that on Phantom Gourmet for a birthday dinner for my father. We used it to finish our vacation on the Cape and I must say it was probably the best food I ever had. The pig bites should die, the tuna tart is phenomenal. I had the cod and shells, which was by far the best fish dish I ate. My father had the stakes frites he had them medium rare (the perfectly boiled throughout the whole way), all tasted amazing. He had a few drinks that were nice. We finished our meal with the house made ice cream and s' more mason jar all from scratches it was great. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is; I just talked about the food so far, but the waiting staff was also amazing, vary courtesy and friendly answered all our questions and ensured that we take care. I wish I remembered the name of our waitress so I could give her their work. I will definitely come back here in the future.

That was one of the best meals I had in many years. The thai kalamari and gruyere mac and cheese were spectacular (the Tuna poke was somehow mushy and bland). Also the Sushi class blue fins tuna and the Halibut were excellent. A member of our party is a vegetarian and the cook made a record of four different dishes for them that were all great. But worth it.

We celebrated the 50th here this weekend. Anniversary of my parents. The food was exquisite. Everyone in our big group could not say enough great things about the meal. Service was also top-notch. I highly recommend it!

My favorite eatery in Falmouth. The food is excellent. I particularly like the rib eye. But the calamari and salmon are both delicious. I usually eat at the bar which has a terrific wine list and interesting cocktails. Always a pleasant dining experience.
