Hezardastan - Mashhad

Refreshing welcome drink. Cozy place from hit outside streets.

This place is being repaired and it is hoped that it will reopen in the near future. A pleasant tea house in the city of Mashhad with traditional architecture and the use of cultural elements of Iran. Light meals are also served here. The management of Mr. Hezardestan collection was a person of taste and sociability. این مکان در حال تعمیر است و امید است در آینده ای نزدیک بازگشایی شود. چای خانه ای دل انگیز در شهر مشهد با معماری سنتی و بهره گیری از المان های فرهنگی ایران زمین. گفتنی است که وعده های غذایی سبک نیز در اینجا سرو می شود. مدیریت مجموعه آقای هزاردستان، شخصی صاحب ذوق و خوش مشرب بود.

The staff was nice and the place was beautiful. But it need more improvement realting to taste and services. Also, the prices are high with respect to similar places in Mashhad. In other hand, We likes so much the atmosphere and to feel out of date. For a while, you feel that you will live the experience of middle Asia. First, we didn't expected a place like this in the basement floor between clothes shops. The street of Jannet is a vibrant street full of clothes and cosmetics shops. It is located about two kilometer from Heram. Usually we do not expect such a place in that street. We ordered two Capacinos and it took twenty minutes to prepare. But unfurtunately, they brought us to semi cold Capacino. My wife didn't except that and told the manager about that. He apologized and took the two cups. After ten minutes, they brought the same cups but in a very hot conditions. It seems that they used the microwave to heat the capacino cups. In fact, that was the first time that I drunk a capacino heated by microwave. So, we did not like the drink and the prices but we like the place and the staff. They tried to be nice. Anyway, it worth to see the place if you are tired from shopping in Jannet street and you a place to have a cup of coffee with charming of East and Persian culture. I uploaded the view from out side so it will be easy to find if somebody wants to see the place.

It was the weirdest experience i have ever had after serving the welcome drink they left us without menu after asking them for it We checked the prices they were not satisfying anyway they didn't come to take our orders it was so awkward so we decide to left we pay the welcome drink that it wasn't our choice even more than the price in the menu

Bad restaurant, very bad behaviour of waiter and manager, awful food and horrible experience! I don't know how I could calm myself down after that experience. I DON'T recommend this restaurant. Please not to be deceived by the appearance.
