Good food. relatively expensive. some days quit crowded

We contact the restaurant in order to reserve a table for 2 persons today at 17:30 in order have lunch, they said that there’s no need to reserve since at this time the restaurant is not that busy and there are available tables, and I told them that I have an occasion and I don’t need any surprising things. We arrived at 17:30 and asked for the food, the sudden was that they don’t have food at this time, they said to come back after an hour !!!!!! They ruined my occasion The food that they serve is good, but what is better than the taste is how they treat you… No recommendation at all!

We went to dine in , but unfortunately they not accepted us to enter , we was a visitor , it was pad experience. So even I visit Mashad again I will never try again.

Environment is good. Food is expensive with average quality . Delayed services . And the dishes they use to serve the food is damaged (which is a health issue

I am very disappointed with this place. Their food used to be my favourtie and the atmosphere was and still is spotless. However, this time when we went to the restaurant they refused to let us set on the tables, although there were customers who came after us and had a seat! Also, when we tried to make a reservation for next time so that this doesn't happen again, they told us that they only have a reservation after a week! Which makes zero sense since the tables are almost empty and we had to go to the restaurant one day before the reservation day to confirm our booking (even five stars hotels in Mashhad don't request this! . It is crystal clear that they did not want us there because we're Arab, since all Iranians were welcomed with open arms. I'm giving it one star for the atmosphere only, because when we took the food for take away it was cold and of low quality, not as before
