Wendy's - Maryville

So nice to have a new, well run, clean Wendy's. Food was good, New drink machine was fun to use.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk was ramped.

My fiancé went through the drive-through tonight to try and get us dinner… they forgot his burger which lead me to have to go back out and get it so he could have dinner… we live 20 mins away, which I told the manager on the phone… he replaced the burger, and then I bought 2 regular extra fries so we would at least have warm fries instead of cold and soggy… by the time I made my 40 minute round trip because of THEIR mess up the rest of my food was cold… they should’ve replaced the whole meal since it was THEIR mistake… so glad we spent $35 so I could eat a cold burger, nuggets, and baconator fries ?

The people here are kind and patient. They get our order right every time and are always so friendly.
