Irish Pub Sports Grill - Maryville

We've visited multiple times over the past five years and have always received great service, so it was surprising to come across a few negative reviews. Perhaps they experienced a staffing issue on those days, or maybe some diners have exceptionally high expectations that lead to disappointment. If you're seeking a farm-to-table experience with hostess seating, a pub may not be your best option.

We had a great first experience at the Irish Pub. The Reuben sandwich was outstanding, and my wife's fish and chips were equally delicious. It did take a bit of time for our food to arrive, but our server was quite attentive. We definitely plan to return.

I really enjoy this place! The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is lovely. I've been there twice so far, and the Irish menu is fantastic. Everything I've tried has exceeded my expectations, and the fries that accompany each dish are particularly excellent. The drink menu is creative, featuring mules and the classic Guinness splits. My kids loved the cozy upholstery and the pillows. There are also plenty of TVs for sports. I'm not quite sure if it's meant to be a cozy restaurant or a sports bar, as it seems to have elements of both. The staff and owner are very attentive and frequently check in on guests. During my visits, the place was mostly empty, making it feel a little hollow, but I still plan to return!

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The atmosphere is fantastic, and while the menu offers a variety of options beyond traditional Irish cuisine, the Irish dishes are truly exceptional. You have to try the pub chips with Guinness cheese – they’re a must! The staff is incredibly friendly and entertaining. I especially enjoy sitting on the terrace with a refreshing drink. I highly recommend this place!

We ordered burgers and fries, and the burgers were incredibly thick and juicy. There was no way any of us could finish everything on our plates. The atmosphere was peaceful, complemented by good music that allowed us to converse without shouting. Our waitress was extremely friendly and frequently checked in on us. We've found our new favorite spot in Maryville!
