O J's Diner - Marshalltown

I'll miss this place more than anywhere in Marshalltown. Pancakes to die, amazing omeletts, burgers and even fried fish were great, and I hate fish... One of the few places I'm passing in town.

Hello! Was a LONG time since I posted, but went to a small place called O J'S Diner in Marshalltown. It is CUTE, CLEAN, service was QUICK, and food was good!!! The prices are simple!!! I had the Chicken Fried Steak Dinner. If you happen to be in the area, try it!!!

A diamond in the rough. Food is great for a good price. Homemade homemade dishes that would have made your mother or grandma. I live the ham and beans there are great memories of my grandmother and almost so delicious. I would recommend this place to everyone. I wish they had opened more hours.

OMG. One of the best breakfasts I have in a while great food great service with a homey vide to it. Servers where kind and very attentive.

Great food, great service. Had a nice meal with my dad.
