I went with the stir fried chicken lemongrass and rice. I wasn't expecting the chicken to be battered, but I'm not complaining, it was delicious. They added just enough chilli to give it a nice kick. Service was dry but efficient.
Tasty authentic Vietnamese food. Foods are fresh and served generously on budget price. Staffs are friendly and invitingly. This place is alway packed even on Monday night. We love 'Banh Xeo' Vietnamese Pan Cake & 'Bun Cha' Charcoal grilled pork vermicelli. Just like in Vietnam.
Been to few vietnamese restaurant, but overall i have found here the best so far. Staff were very friendly, the food came out very quickly. The food was very tastly. Had the chargrilled pork which had great chargrill flavour. Also tried the chicken done 3 ways with sticky rice and chicken feet salad. It was amazing. Great food and nice environment. Only thing is the restaurant is a bit cramped but i didnt mind it. Tiped the staff and will defently come again. If your looking for holcim vietnamese food at a modest price this is definitely one of the best places in sydney.
One of my most anticipated yet most disappointing food trips with my girlfriend because I heard from the reviews about the pho. To our disappointment, the pho tasted really bad - loaded with salt and MSG and nothing like what you tried in Hanoi or Ho Chi Ming. The stuffed chicken was dry and tasteless whereas the prawn rolls was also dry, tasteless and lack appeal. ????????
Great local spot for authentic Vietnamese food- we had veg rice paper rolls, beef pho and vege stir fry. All fresh and full of flavours. Portions are very generous and staff attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend!
