Burger King - Marrero

Everything, including the bag, was full of grease. Usually decent but not sure what happened this time.

The restaurant staff was rude during my Uber Eats pickup. Despite there being no line and a heavy storm, I drove straight up to the window to avoid getting wet. However, the lady working there gave me a disrespectful look and made a comment to her coworker as soon as I arrived. She then made me drive around the entire building to inform the staff at the speaker that I was there, even though they could all clearly see me. By the time I returned to the window after completing the loop, the rude staff members had disappeared. It was clear that the initial lady's actions were disrespectful. On a positive note, the new person who handed me my order was much nicer. This was just a petty move by someone who clearly did not want to work there. Delivery drivers should be cautious.

I made it clear to the cashier that I wanted my Whopper freshly grilled and hot. I also asked for hot, fresh onion rings. Despite her assurance, when I got home, the Whopper was cold and the onion rings were burnt and old. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to the Burger King on Ames and Lapalco again.

I ate breakfast there this morning, and the gentleman that was helping was Montell. He was friendly got my order correct and got it ready quickly. Plus I also judge a restaurant by its cleanliness and I have to say the bathrooms were spotless. Just an overall good experience. I will be back.
