Cleanliness in the dining area is lacking. The service was okay, but definitely not that memorable. A bit of character in the service team would go a long way.
Mcdonalds kings ford was found to be filthy on arrival food and wrappings on tables, chairs and floor, toilets always unclean.
Waited for 5 minutes to be served with no on else in the queue. Multiple staff including a trainer were in sight of me, but ignored me.
