As a former employee of the Friedels at the monastery, I can only join all the negative reviews. From my own experience, I know that not all cakes are or have been prepared within the kitchen. In addition, handling the personnel is the lowest drawer. Incomplete, too late or not at all. In addition, I was shamelessly exploited and insulted as a low-income student. Family members and I still suffer from follow-up. Within my exam phase, I had to be written ill for psychological reasons. All Mr Friedel's justification here in person seems to be rescue measures in order to bring the unfortunately unreasonable cafe into the right light.

I as a former client of the café at the monastery must confess that I also saw with my own eyes how to deal with the staff. It is absolutely sad how the owners of the café try to get out of the situation. It is obvious that the Friedels family live far from any reality. Homemade cake? What do the twins and the lady who always brought the cakes? I don't think it's a commercial kitchen that's so taken off by the health office... I'm writing this out of pure conspiracy theory, but I've got handy evidence. What the owners can do is lie. Cure with great wages and then you get nix really garnix. It is laughable to deny all this after so much reviews. All I want for the future of the café at the monastery is new owners, and most quickly. And yes, Mr Friedel, I am actually a real client who at the time liked to have breakfast with her friends and also for dinner with her family. It's a pity that you're dealing with the staff without respect. The lady who made the cakes and the polishes were a lonely tip and were able to do more in waiters than Mr or Mrs Friedel. NOT MOVED! You are a shame for market Indersdorf and the monastery...
