Starbucks - Marion

The coffee was served hot, as it should be, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed with the customer service at this Starbucks location. We ordered two chai lattes with almond milk and espresso, but when we tried them, they tasted overwhelmingly like almond milk with hardly any chai flavor. We politely asked the barista, Grace, to remake our drinks, but when we received them the second time, they still tasted primarily of almond milk. I also suspect that she didn't add the espresso shots we paid for. Normally, this wouldn't be a major issue, but when we’re spending $14 on two drinks, I expect better quality. I would recommend avoiding this location.

The waitress was fantastic, and the food was well-prepared. The place was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. I definitely plan on returning!

The decaf mocha frappuccino consistently fails to be delicious, while their regular mocha frappuccinos are excellent. The staff is always friendly.

Although the drive-thru location may be more convenient, this one consistently has the best collectible cups. The staff working Saturday mornings are fantastic and extremely friendly; they went above and beyond to assist me a couple of weeks ago. Thank you!
