I stopped by for a quick dinner, and I noticed a steady stream of people coming in and out, whether for a quick meal or takeout. If you haven't been to Baja Fresh before, it's one of those 'healthy' fast food chains that advertises its use of fresh ingredients, claiming not to use MSG, lard, or microwaves. While I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan of Baja Fresh, it's a decent option if you're looking for something that's relatively healthy and quick.
