La Plaza - Marieville

I have never been treated so badly as a customer in my life. I called at 6:40 to order my pizza. By 8 pm it hadn't arrived yet. I called to see if it had left yet and they said yes. The restaurant is 5 minutes from my house. I waited until 8:25 to call back in case they had other orders to deliver first. They then decide to tell me that they have no record of my order. Put me on hold and disconnect the call. I give them a few minutes to call back and again they don't. So I call back where they pretend they have no idea what I'm talking about. I have to reexplain myself again. Again they say they have no record of my order and ask me if I want to place the order again or not. I tell them I don't feel comfortable paying full price for an order that's 2 hours late. Their answer? Why did you wait 2 hours to call? I then explain for the 3rd time that I did call 30 minutes ago and they said it was on their way. Again, they hang up on me. I call back and ask to speak with a manager and they hang up on me. I call back again to get the persons name and which they hang up on me again. Some amazing customer service!
