The waitresses were unfriendly, and we felt like they were making judgments based on our appearance.

The service is lovely and very welcoming. It's one of my favorite places to enjoy a hot chocolate.

We always have a fantastic experience at this restaurant. We've been regulars for years, and I can confidently say they serve the best coffee around. The customer service is consistently exceptional, and I want to give a special shout-out to Manjot; he’s always smiling and incredibly friendly. It’s always a pleasure to visit Koko Black whenever we're at High Point!

We love coming back to Koko Black at Highpoint for afternoon snacks. Their iced chocolate and salted caramel are so yummy. The staff is always accommodating with us having a baby and a pram. I always get asked if I need to reheat my baby bottle or if they can help with anything.This place is pram friendly, and it’s not too noisy whenever we would visit either from lunch or the afternoon school holidays, weekends, during the week.Their dessert range is so delicious. Customer service 10/10

Love the chocolate but don’t use delivery service paid express and to come from Melbourne nearly a week.. website says 1 2 days.. if I had know would never had ordered..
