Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis restaurant is consistently busy throughout the day, but they are exceptionally fast with their service. I have never encountered any issues at this establishment. The staff members are also usually attractive. It's definitely worth stopping by for a quick bite to eat.
I tried to order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, but the cashier seemed to have trouble understanding my request. When I mentioned hash browns, she kept insisting that I wanted them instead of the biscuit. Eventually, I received the biscuit I originally wanted, but the service was lacking. The server who brought it just dropped it off without a word and left when I tried to confirm my order. It was a frustrating experience and I doubt I will be returning to this McDonald's again.
I frequently visit this McDonald's location multiple times a week. I must say that 7 out of 10 times I receive good service here. However, tonight I experienced the worst service from an employee and manager. My drink order was incorrect initially, but the lady at the window provided good service. I had to return because I didn't receive a sauce and some fries were missing. The line was long, so I asked a car behind me to go ahead as my order was incorrect. The employee at the first window was extremely rude and refused to let me explain, simply shutting the window on me. I eventually managed to speak to a manager, who was just as unhelpful as the employee. Unfortunately, my order remained incorrect due to lack of professionalism and work ethic. The employee continued to ignore me even after I tried to address the issue multiple times.
This McDonalds has a tricky location and very busy parking. That's a negative. I look at it because you offer more possibilities of family meals (only on the app) than all other McDonalds nearby. On these crazy, busting fast food nights, we're going out to get these McDonalds out of the way. Thank you. The food has always been fresh here, especially the Pommes. Amanda
This place is an absolute joke ? Placed an order, pulled up to the drive thru to retrieve it…. No acknowledgment. Pulled up to the window and the employees were waving their arms at me, wouldn’t even come to the window and speak to me. When they finally realized that I wasn’t leaving, a manager reluctantly came to the window. I explained that I had placed a mobile order and was picking it up. She said, “we closed” (great grammar . I stated I placed a mobile order and was picking it up. She said once again “we’ll, we closed” (there it was, once again ? . I advised my payment was processed and my order was placed prior to them closing as the app didn’t advise that they were closing. She looked at me and threw her hands up. I asked for her name and she advise that she “couldn’t give me her name”. Imagine that a manager without a name who can’t be recognized whether bad or good ?? She slammed the window in my face and walked off. How about that for customer service? Keith Vanecek… gotta do better and teach your employees A+ customer service. Such a joke ? And figure out your mobile app… calibrate it so customers aren’t able to place orders after a certain timeframe … INNOVATION ya think ?
