The food was hot and fresh. I enjoy going to fast food restaurants when the experience is seamless. They did an excellent job!
The drive-thru was a bit congested, but they managed to process everyone efficiently, and my order was accurate.
The food was quite impressive, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and prompt, clearly demonstrating genuine care for their customers. While prices have increased somewhat, that's a trend we've seen everywhere lately. Great job overall! And thank you for staying open when so many other restaurants remain closed.
I went to KFC last night and ordered a 4-piece combo at 8:45. When I got home, the chicken was old, cold, and greasy. I tried calling at 9:00, but there was no answer. I called again and only got the sound of a fax machine. They close at 10:30, so I drove back to the restaurant for a refund. The manager didn't say a word and didn't offer an apology. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had at KFC on Lexington Avenue. The sides and biscuits were hot, but the chicken was disappointing.
Slowly. the workers didn't know what to do. some had rude attitudes. over half an hour to get food, not busy people had gone out. lose my business.
