Donatos Pizza - Mansfield

The good; Service was fast and friendly, Nice clean facility with good parking in a convenient location. Pizza was hot, done to order and on time. The Bad; Toppings were lacking to say the least, the large pizza was the size of others mediums. Expensive for what you get. The Ugly; The pizza crust was flimsy and soggy and tasted like the cardboard box it came in. Did not enjoy the flavor at all. Would rather of had a frozen pizza from the convenient store. Not the Donato's I knew from the past...Probably won't be returning.

Food always good. Hate that they use a foreign call center to take orders. Sometimes Special requests fall on deaf ears which might not be as often it they actually took their own orders like they should.

We tried them for the first time last night and ordered ahead online. They accidentally forgot the pepperoni on our pizza and were quick to remake it (before we even got there) and gave a discount, along with both pizzas! They were some of the freshest and tastiest pizzas we’ve ever had! 5 star experience for sure. If we’re back down here again, we’ll definitely be sure to stop by once more!
