Burger King - Mansfield

The food was good, but it wasn't as hot and fresh as I prefer. The restaurant appeared to be kept fairly clean. However, the cashier was not very friendly or helpful.

The onion rings and fries were always cold and not fresh. The onion rings were soggy.

I want to share my experience with a fantastic server named Brittany who works the night shift at this restaurant. I've had the pleasure of being served by her three times now, and she has been exceptional every time. Brittany is incredibly kind and always ensures that my order is accurate. One evening, when they had run out of ketchup packets, she creatively filled a couple of ice cream containers with ketchup just for me. It's refreshing to visit a place where someone truly cares about their work and provides great service. Thank you, Brittany!
