The Coopers - Mansfield

I came to visit the pub a few times during last week and I am proud to say that the service I received from the young man and young woman at the bar was amazing. Alex was attentive and always smiling and Georgia was always willing to help. As an outsider coming into this pub for one of the first times I was pleasantly welcomed. Despite the fact that they looked exhausted they never failed to make their customers a priority. I was really impressed and would recommend if a friendly atmosphere is what you are looking for.

Don't book here they cancelled our booking on arrival and don't listen to arrangements made by there staff poor customer service skills and rude wouldn't recommend

After this being booked two weeks In Advance and confirmed verbally and face to face we arrived and was told the kitchen was closed ! Go elsewhere would be my advice

Came in on Mother’s Day safe to say I will not be coming back, after the way I saw the manger speak to a member of staff no one should be spoke to like that. I felt so sorry for the young girl

I am so upset and unsettled with the service I received on Mother’s Day when i went out with my family for dinner, when sat in the restaurant I could see and hear the manager shouting and swearing at a member of staff which was a young female at the bar, then he followed her through the side door which I could still hear him shouting and swearing at her, I am devastated by seeing this when out with my family. This is no way to be talking to a member of staff while the restaurant was full of customers, poor management and this should be reporting as it’s not fair on customers or the staff. We don’t come out with family on a special occasion and have to witness something like this. This was bang out of order and unnecessary
