Love Coffee - Mansfield

The staff at this restaurant need to improve their customer service skills. I stood at the counter waiting to be served, while both employees were distracted by their smartphones. When my wife alerted them to my presence, they responded rudely and unprofessionally. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and will not be returning. It's unfortunate that I can't give this place a zero rating, because they certainly deserve it.

I stopped by today for a latte and a sausage roll, but was surprised to find that the price had increased by 55%. The latte was average and the sausage roll seemed to be a cheap supermarket brand. The staff were fine, but for £7.95, it wasn't worth it. I won't be returning.

The restaurant was extremely busy and the cleanliness of the tables left much to be desired. I had to clean off my table myself after purchasing a Pink Lemonade. Overall, the cafe was a bit of a mixed bag for me as I waited for my phone to be repaired. I had only gone there to do some sewing and catch up on work while waiting for my phone at the Phone Corner next door. I am unsure if I will return in the future.

This is an awful uninviting coffee shop. Dirty tables, piled up rubbish and pretty bad service to boot! Cakes rated very stale and poor quality coffee! Will not be returning !

Been going here for years and then many of the old staff have left and new ones been employed but with not sufficient training coffee was luke warm will never go keep away
