We would love to see a chocolate fountain with fresh fruits and marshmallows added to the dessert options to make it more exciting. It would also be nice to have some sugar-free options available, as well as a basic children's menu with items like pizza and chicken nuggets. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and while we have no complaints, we do have a few ideas for improvements for future customers.
I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time on Mother's Day and was blown away! The food was fantastic and the service was fabulous. I am already looking forward to my next visit. The satay sauce was the best I have ever had!
Today, on November 26th, my dining experience was incredibly enjoyable. The staff, as always, was wonderful, including the owner. The only issue I have is that two pints of coke cost £5.60. However, my daughter had a delightful birthday meal.
Q1/2017. the owner of the dame is in china for 3 months away, eating has dramatically improved since Q4/2016 and in february 2017 I am again evaluating the food and equipment higher. Not amazing yet, but I find the menu buffet to be good value and fun now. there is another new cook as a Christmas New Year. the food is no longer soaked in oil and salt. the aromas and the fresh are now obvious and eating tastes really great. it is also now served in a more contemporary way and together, instead of a big party eating the appetizers and the main thing slowly and comes out in dribs and drabs. I don't have a good look at the self-serving buffet, so can not really comment a lot on it (seeing it still looks dry, old and medium) but for an extra £5 per head the menu buffet is color superior and worth every penny with the freshly cooked food and everything you can eat. there is no reason to pay for the medium self-service buffet only a little less if the menubuffet is so good! the temporary relief manager is nowhere so friendly, but she gets the job done. I believe that they also manage the personal much better and propose improvements to them that seem to be noticed and put into action. When I finished my last meal there, I went after my desert and mentioned that there were no fruits and asked for some. the relief manager bought a nicely carved and presented plate of honigtaumel to share the table for our party of 4 a beautiful note! Q4/2016. my first review is held only for historical purposes below. recently the place has taken a heavy nasen dive into obscurity. all they can eat, fresh menu for about £15 used to order amazingly with all food freshly prepared from the cook. this was before October 2016. our party went there regularly, but the dame owners ignored all the advice they were offered about their new and pretty fucking chef. she was told about the problems with poor preparation and cooking, and she once made the cooking art for ourselves, which at least 75% closer to what we were used to the old cook, and an enormous improvement, which offers the new chef. we spent regular £80 to £100 here once or twice the week, so we were quite disappointed when the dame owner did not seem to act after we have radiated our thinking and complaining about the new cook and the condition of the food he had prepared. also the buffet bar around £9.99 per head litt strong, with much more anxious eating and continuous limp offered after the start of the new cook in October 2016 the substitute cook is diabolic, cook pancake rolls that are full of oil and not crispy as they should be, only soft and soggy and the baked is partly raw and teig! I could not go over this whole day, we spent a lot of good money here. we don't go more than the last 5 times we went, we met soggy and greasy tasteless food and not a peep from the manager who knows too well about our complaining. a shame! Q2/2016 many good things to say about this place beautiful staff, wonderful eating on all that they can eat al-la-carte menu. I'm not going to the buffet. If you do, you can't eat as fresh and crooked. regarding the A-hole, which evaluates this place and says that they have a feeling that they have beaten a ball, they really have to grow up. eating is always fresh, always large portions served to share or float yourself! lazy susan style, from the menu and sharing is always best, it is a little more expensive than the buffet, but they get what they pay! pick up a big table and much ordered for their appetizers and netzen to share and they will not be disappointed!
