Infinity Bakery - Manly

You can almost feel the hard effort and early morning starts in the atmosphere as this place focuses on providing the best baked goods for Manly locals. Come for the bread and pastries, but you must also stay for the coffee! It's good! Breakfast is served until 12pm and you can choose from items like a bacon egg roll, fruit and nut toast, muesli w yoghurt and fruit, croissants or Infinity Sourdough w feta tomato and pesto. So many temptations on the sweet front too. Love the intensity of the passionfruit tart! They also specialise in gluten free bread, gluten free vegan muffins, and gluten and dairy free tarts. Picked up coffees, a cheesy pizza scroll and a baguette to go! Quality assured!

Ordered the tomato feta and pesto toast for breakfast. Bread was very good and the toast never fell apart when I was eating it. Could go a little less with the pesto, it was slightly soaking through the bread. One staff looks a bit grumpy (maybe a bad day), but overall good service and good food.<br/ <br/ The Spinach ricotta roll and pies look delicious. Will come back to try them.

Great food, lots of gluten free options. I loved the Infinity Sourdough Bakery. The staff were so friendly, they had numerous gluten free options, and the brownie I got was amazing. Next time I'm in Manly I'll be back!

I woke up on a cool Manly morning. It was fresh  and my chai latte cravings were high.  I needed that smooth, creamy chai latte.  This rustic looking bakery (with your fancy over priced bread) delivers that chai latte hit.

One of the last bastions of real pies. I ordered a lamb pea pie was surprised by the contents inside the delicious, hand made pastry: lamb peas! And not just the slop one has come to expect. This was full chunks of quality lamb mixed with fresh peas. That was quickly followed by a delicious dessert treat. Everything is made from scratch, so you can only get what's available at the time but you can be assured ot's all high quality. Well worth a stop. Protip: follow it up with a single origin coffee from Barefoot Traders around the corner
