It’s frustrating, especially since there are other locations in the city and on campus that have everything you need.
I came to get a few burritos right now and they told me that we are from burritos, but have a stack of 5 6 inches high n said for online orders only and close in less than an hour to close. imbso disappointed. first aid. do not sence . and u turned a customer down. I don't think I'll be here soon or at all.
The entire time this conversation was happening, not a single burrito was being prepared for any online order. I pointed out that there weren't many online orders in general, but he disagreed. Frustrated, I shared my thoughts and left the restaurant. It just seems unreasonable to have a policy that restricts tortillas based on how an order is placed. To me, tortillas are tortillas, and they shouldn't be divided between online and walk-in orders. Because of this experience, I have decided that I will never eat at Chipotle again. I really wanted to express my concerns to the upper management, but this situation has left me feeling discouraged.
The part of the rice they give you is pathetic. the woman before me asked for a little extra rice and the employee (which I think also manager) was totally rude. I asked for more rice and got the same rude answer. if I'm gonna pay over $10 for just one bowl, I expect decent portions.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered online and paid $17 for a bowl with double meat, chicken, and steak. However, I received only two small pieces of steak, a tiny amount of sour cream—perhaps a teaspoon—and just a sprinkle of cheese. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. The bowl I received also had barely any meat, far from the 4 oz I was supposed to get. As I have COVID, I had to rely on contactless delivery, making this situation even more frustrating. Overall, I'm very upset and consider this service terrible.
