Burger King - Mankato

We enjoyed our meal, but when we left, the lights still hadn't been turned on. We returned about half an hour later, and finally, the lights were on. Also, it seemed that the staff needed to wear hair nets, yet we could hear some profanity coming from the kitchen.

I visited this Burger King for the first time and ordered a Whopper Jr. without pickles. It was a simple request—a sandwich with no pickles—but they still managed to mess up my order. It seems that many fast food places in the Mankato area struggle with order customization. Overall, I was disappointed.

I asked for a rodeo cheese burger, so where is my cheese. it is not on my bungalow or in the bag. please for instructions that I want my 2.89 back. but you keep it because I don't return 64 miles.

The restaurant was quite unclean. One of the employees coughed near the food and customers. My family and I placed our orders, but I was appalled by the sanitation. The tables were dirty, and I noticed an employee served a chocolate milkshake to another customer in a way that felt very unprofessional, especially since the area was crowded and unkempt. The food was disappointing as well. I had dietary restrictions and had specifically avoided jalapeños, but they were mixed into my burger without me asking for them. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Ordered jalapeno bites along with my order, but they didn't bother to reach out to tell me they don't even sell those anymore. Also I effin ordered unsweet tea y'all gave me a SPRITE! SO ANNOYING.
