Ruffrano's Hell's Kitchen Pizza

Favorite spot to stop and eat when I'm at Manitou Springs the owners are awesome always super kind and pizza is good

We stopped by today after finishing the Incline and it did not disappoint. I'll preface by saying my wife and I aren't NY or east coast pizza aficionados, but I have to say this is some of the best pizza we've had in the Springs in several years. We loved the large slices and thin crust; the oh-so crisp and foldable wedges of heaven hit the spot like you wouldn't believe. I got a slice of the mac and cheese and the hellfire, wife chose the 4 cheese, and my son opted for the regular. We were all thrilled and loved how they were freshly toasted for us. My only regret was not grabbing a pie to go! Prices are very reasonable for a lunch in the area for what you are getting, so kudos to the team for making it an affordable option in an otherwise tourist-y spot. On top of that, the staff was very friendly and helpful in our decision-making. Service was quick and the place was kept clean in a similarly quick fashion despite high traffic. Our son gave this place two thumbs up and says it's his favorite pizza now! Unfortunately no pictures... we were too busy enjoying our slices.

Overall when I visit Colorado it was amazing ! This place was definitely a cool little spot but did notice after the cook made my pizza and it was done he took his break and smoked across the street . When he came back in I did not notice him wash his hands and started doing more activities and touching food . Glad my food was done before !

Tiny pizzeria but totally worth the stop. Everything is made from SCRATCH the pizza dough, the sauce, the knots EVERYTHING. Got the slice and knots special and dropped $7.26 (tip bumped it to $10). This is the BEST NY style pizza I have ever eaten.
