The shack burger parlour - Mandurah

I looked at the website and thought i'd try with my kids (Looked amazing) , to be honest i was disapointed for $50 i got two burgers and a hot dog small portions for the price! Nothing like the pic's on the website . The bun fell apart on all three orders it just turned into a mush of meat and soggy bun with oil. Chips were not good either, you know some thing's amiss when you could do better :( (that's the point of the treat) , Honestly felt like i was ripped off, even if the portion sizes are meant to be small the quality should be amazing. I would't go back . First and last time for me and family. Have to say after my experiance i'm doubting the genuinty of these reviews .

We've been 3 times. Raw meat in the burger, it bleeds through the ingredients and roll. The chips are soggy. Tried to talk to staff about it, they recooked the soggy chips, yuck, said 'everyone likes their meat cooked that way'. None of our guests enjoyed it or staffs attitude.

Delicious food, fast service and friendly staff. Hand cut chips were yummy as were the burgers, real value for money, will visit again.

Took kids for lunch on weekend. Kids got a kids meal of which, is OK value except instead of a burger, they get a slider smaller than your palm. Adults had specialty hotdogs of which for the price is honestly not worth the value. $12 for a sausage in a bun, rasher of bacon, tomato and mustard sauce. At least kids got a decent serving of ice cream. Premises is clean, staff friendly but think I would eat somewhere else where I can get value for money.

Delicous burgers and chips for a great price and i'm in love with the shack sauce ???? Will definitely be back ????????
