Murphy's Irish Pub - Mandurah

Have eaten here at least 10 times and was always impressed with quality, quantity and service. Used to particularly enjoy the grilled chicken salad except for my last visit. Having talked it up to my gf we ordered the salad only to find boiled, not caramelised pumpkin in it with big chunks of feta.please get the regular cook back to make it!! ????

Seems like a popular bar and restaurant in the area. Nice cold beer and quite a lot of choice in the food menu too. We love the eggplant salad, simple with flavour and healthy. We may not know Irish food well and we had a ribs but the cut is obviously different from what we expected. Huge piece of meat and the sauce is a bit thick. Murphy's Irish Pub Disgusting treatment from a bouncer who has turned away ten of us in our party for two nights in a row. All but two are over 40 and we were wearing smart casual clothing. All business people from the UK and Gold Coast looking for a meal and a couple of drinks prior to the King of the Cut paddle board race at the weekend. Never been turned away from a restaurant before and can only think that Murphy's must attract unsavoury characters and can afford to loose $1000.00 plus because of what seems to be an ill-considered dress code being implemented at 7 pm and enforced by a rather large unpleasant doorman. My advice - Go to the Brighton Hotel Great food and delightful staff.

We visited mandurah on the way to margaret river and decided to stop for lunch. my friends and I chose the steak sandwich. my goodness! what an amazing experience. it should be the best steak sandwich I've ever had. porterhouse Steak,...relish etc. on a Turkish roll with a side of chips. excellent!
