Miami Bakehouse Falcon - Mandurah

The Miami Bakehouse has always been a favourite. The pie's are incredible, the sausage rolls are incredible, the chocolate croissants.. need I go on ; When a bakery is a multi award winner, I think that speaks for itself more than we ever could. We went down on a Saturday morning to get some pies. When we got there it was super busy but that was expected! It took us awhile to decide on just one pie each. So we didn't settle for just one, it's hard to pick just one pie when they have such a wide variety of pie flavours you can't get elsewhere! So we got three ;

Great pastries! The pies are great and you can see the chunky filling is fresh and not made from frozen ingredients. I bit into my pie and I saw a chunk of carrot and a floret of broccoli, not like the mush you sometimes get.

Love it. Have been many times and its consistently very good but $18 for three pies is very expensive.

Great Pies. My husband and I called in to the Miami Bakehouse in Falcon whilst we were staying in Yunderup for a week. I had read the reviews on urbanspoon and was keen to try out their wares. My husband ordered a steak, bacon and cheese. I ordered a garlic prawn pie. My husband thought it was 'wrong ' that a pie be made with anything other than steak but I must disagree! My husband said that his pie was delicious and the meat was juicy and tender. He felt it was a little bit overpriced for a pie however. My Garlic Prawn pie was simply delicious. The prawns were in abundance and the sauce with divine. My pie cost $8.90 which is dearer than your average pie but I felt that the ingredients justified the price. The pastry was mouth watering and certainly added to the enjoyment factor. Will definitely be back :
