Absolute Baking & Cafe - MANCOS

Passing through town on our honeymoon... randomly wandered into Mancos and found Absolute Bakery!! This place is unbelievable! Amazing baked goods and the house secret recipe chai was amazing! What an amazing find!

First visit this weekend. It was a really great breakfast. Most amazing flapjacks ever. Just a hint,add granola and don't think you can eat more than 2. Tried my kids red chile and it was really good as well. Looking forward to returning soon!. Bought some baked goods which we re just outstanding

Happened across this gem and enjoyed a lovely lunch of quich/salad and burrito for my friend. The quirky atmosphere added to the experience and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stop here.

Great food, fun atmosphere and a great place to stop when you are in the neighborhood. Very recommended!

The absolute bakery is absolutely amazing. Love in this place is seen by the atmosphere and food. My vegetarian son said the veg head was the best meal he had in his whole life. This is a must to stop when you are somewhere in the area.
